Welcome a new life
In a foster care setting, families often get just one hour, not the usual nine months, to welcome a new life into their home. Although a foster family is open and prepared to welcome a new child at any time, they are not told until the last minute if this child is a boy or a girl, what age, what size, what specific needs this child has.
Often a foster child is removed from their previous home quickly and arrive with nothing but the clothing on their backs.
Elroi’s Closet exists to meet this immediate need.
