Macro (The big picture)
Mission
To reach people through the love of God the Father and thus further the kingdom of heaven through the power of his Holy Spirit, by proclaiming and demonstrating this love through medical services in short term and long term medical missions, proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, teaching people how to humbly seek truth, one-on-one mentorship and discipleship, promoting the unity of the Church and pushing humanity towards a type of cultural Renaissance and a literal spiritual rebirth that can only come about by adopting the mind of Christ.
Vision
We want our ministry to become an ever growing agent of positive change that seeks to continually build and further the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth, with a focus on loving people through acts of service.

Short Term Missions in Bolivia
Medical Boat
With the Medical Boat Project we seek to love our neighbor and glorify God by proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ to people living along the communities in the Bolivian Amazon Basin. This, while we demonstrate his abundant love for us through the provision of various healthcare services. We sometimes even go the extra mile to take along people who can treat and take care of the animals, such as dogs, cats, cattle, who also suffer from a lack of resources.

Treatment of infections in pets and animals
Donation of Christian literature, clothing and books
The Unity of the Church in Jesus Christ
Humans have had a very hard time finding unifying axioms, even christian humans, have had difficulty living in harmony and/or finding common grounds. Hence, even the Church of Christ is divided and subdivided into so many different denominations. How can we expect humanity to unite, if even the Church is divided? Oftentimes by superficial doctrinal differences. Our mission is to work towards the unity of the Church by humbly seeking truth. God is truth. And this takes a lot of work, due to the fact that the transmitting of a message is difficult, human communication can be complicated, given the many factors and variables that characterize the human condition.
So part of the key to unifying in Christ is understanding the human condition, adopting epistemic humility, priming every action and intention through the love of God.

We teach these principles and promote these teachings, in Christ, wherever we go.

Thoughts for a Renaissance
Thoughts for a Renaissance is a series of talks on essential biblical teachings aimed at highlighting the quest for truth, which is the quest to know God better (for God is truth), all of this in humility, and also point towards the unity of the body of Christ through a deeper understanding of love (and the practical outflow of love) and a deeper understanding of the nature of God, and how it relates to the nature of human existence (and existence in general), it covers subjects such as the human condition, ontology, epistemology, epistemic humility, and mainly a deeper understanding of what the Scriptures mean by “God is love”.

Spanish Ministries in Chicagoland
We have been involved with reaching the Spanish speaking community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the edifying of his Church living in the Chicagoland area. We do this by providing teachings, sermons, translation of sermons, outreach, discipleship, Bible studies and other such activities.
Outreach to Atheists, Agnostics and Skeptics
The postmodern era has really attacked the Church of Jesus Christ, such that many have left the Church because they were not able to find satisfactory answers to their deepest inquiries. Thus we seek to go after those who seek to understand reality at a deeper level, but have left the Church believing that the Scriptures are archaic and outdated, or that the Christian faith does not provide satisfactory answers to life’s deepest questions. We believe that it is only through the “lens” of Jesus Christ, that ultimate coherence can be found in the universe.
We also seek to strengthen the faith of believers, leading them to a deeper understanding of Jesus Christ and the Scriptures.
”What do you think? If a man has a hundred sheep, and one of them has gone astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine on the mountains and go in search of the one that went astray?” Matthew 18:12
Mentorship/Discipleship
We are also engaging in one on one mentorship and discipleship opportunities with young people. It is paramount to seek to build up the younger generations in the Christian faith, and pass the baton in that regard. For in Christ we have all things, but without Jesus Christ, we have nothing.
So connecting the newer generations to the “vine” Jesus Christ is of utmost importance.
”Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever.” Daniel 12:3
Philip and Johanny are also currently serving a Christian congregation of believers at St. Petrie Lutheran Church near Leland, Illinois.
How To Pray Phil & Johanny
Pray that God would fill us with his presence and guide us into His perfect will as we seek to expand his kingdom here on earth. And make disciples out of all nations, through love. “God is love”.
