One block away my granddaughter pierced my bruised conscience,
"I wonder what her name was?" she asked.

How odd to have the tables turned in such a way, for the missionary to become the mission.

Jesus had been shot.
For obvious reasons the scene  was supposed to cause the viewer great turmoil as the camera man panned over the bullet holes.
But, I felt no turmoil.
Instead, I laughed.

The first round of “God, please get me on this flight” prayers started from when I walked to the check in counter late, a mere 30 minutes before take off.

So far this week there has been one victory!  Our team is working on number two right now.  What are the lives of one or two Thai bar girls worth?
