Dr. Sabine De Weirdt, M.D.

has been walking with the LORD for 35 years; of which

25 years as a medical missionary in the inland of Bolivia, the poorest nation in South-

America. Missionary life, especially in these difficult, and sometimes dangerous

circumstances has been challenging. But that, for her, was only a repeated invitation to walk

even closer to her LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ. He has never disappointed her!

Casa Tikun or House of Restoration

for the past 5 years (2020-2025) through her ministry Tikun, Dr. Sabine has been interceding for-, counseling, and teaching restoration of souls within the Christian Church.

Sabine was sent on her way by the LORD Jesus to help His people everywhere to face

ongoing problems in their lives, to take responsibility, and come to Him for the healing

process. Our Lord has provided all that is needed for the healing of deep wounds (of the

past) at the cross of Calvary. If dysfunctions still affect us, we can confidently face it! And

with the help of solid, legitimate, professional therapeutic techniques from the various

therapeutic schools, Christian counselors can greatly help their counselees as they enter

into a process of healing for their individual lives, their marriage, or family life.

The impact of Tikun

After serving the Bolivian Church in her counseling- and teaching capacity, for 4 years in the city of Sucre in the southern Andes region, and 1 year in the town of Riberalta (near the M in Mamore on the map) in the northern Amazon basin, Sabine is now being guided to set up base in the center of the country, in the city of Cochabamba. From this centrally located place, she can easily reach out to every corner of the country, to counsel, teach and minister.

The ultimate future of Tikun

It is her hope that this ministry that began in the inlands of Bolivia, would eventually bring healing and restoration across the world.

Is a Japanese technique which uses gold to restore damaged/broken pottery. Instead of throwing the broken pieces away they use this technique to restore and as a result, the pottery actually becomes more valuable.

In a similar way, God does not throw away our brokenness. He uses it and restores us and as a result, we are also of great value. Casa Tikun is about deep deep healing
